which many people in Japan think wealthy, “I-am-obsessed-with-best-education-for-my-kids”kind of mothers would wear.

They are fox glasses.

Just like items No. 26 and No. 27, the bottom half of the frames are transparent, but you can change the color of the whole frames too if you like. Check out the demo.my shop
